- Menguasai MS Office dan AutoCAD
- Mampu bekerja di dalam team maupun sendiri
- Jujur, bertanggung jawab, mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Bisa membaca gambar konstruksi
- Pengalaman Min. 3 tahun dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

- Membuat RAB untuk tender proyek berdasarkan gambar dan BQ (Bill of Quantity)
- Membuat analisa harga satuan dan penawaran harga
- Mengikuti proses tender dari awal sampai akhir
- Menguasai spesifikasi dan gambar teknik mekanikal dan elektrikal
- Melakukan Vendor Final Account MEP
- Memeriksa BQ Tender terhadap Gambar MEP
