Perencanaan & Pelaksanaan Kunjungan Harian:

- Menyusun rencana target area kunjungan setiap hari bekerja sama dengan Branch Manager
- Mengunjungi kontraktor lokal untuk memperkenalkan produk-produk perusahaan
- Melakukan demonstrasi produk di lokasi pelanggan

Demonstrasi Produk & Dokumentasi:

- Mengumpulkan bukti visual (foto) dari kegiatan demonstrasi produk dan interaksi dengan pelanggan
- Mengisi laporan demonstrasi dan kunjungan harian menggunakan laporan yang telah ditentukan

Tindak Lanjut Penjualan:

- Melakukan kunjungan lanjutan untuk memastikan kontraktor telah membeli produk, serta meminta bukti pembelian
- Memastikan semua transaksi tercatat dalam sistem

Interaksi & Feedback Pelanggan:

- Berkomunikasi dengan kontraktor untuk memahami kebutuhan produk mereka dan memberikan feedback kepada perusahaan
- Menjaga hubungan profesional dengan pelanggan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan

Pelaporan & Evaluasi
- Menyusun laporan harian dan mengajukannya untuk diperiksa oleh Branch Manager
- Berpartisipasi dalam evaluasi bulanan untuk meninjau KPI, merencanakan kegiatan mendatang, dan menyesuaikan strategi jika diperlukan

Kerjasama dengan Toko Retail
- Mengunjungi dan berkolaborasi dengan toko lokal untuk memastikan komunikasi yang lancar terkait pembelian kontraktor
- Mengumpulkan formulir konfirmasi yang ditandatangani dan dicap oleh pihak toko
- Pengalaman di bidang penjualan, terutama di industri bahan bangunan
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik
- Mampu mendokumentasikan kegiatan dengan akurat dan melaporkan data menggunakan alat digital
- Pengalaman dengan kontraktor dan toko bahan bangunan merupakan nilai tambah
