**Major Job Responsibilities**:
- Support and assist Talent Management team in job posting, creating advertisement, shortlisting of new and existing talent pool for Translator, Interpreter, transcribers, vendor etc
- Work closely with Talent Management team on the pre-screening and shortlisting process of the applicants
- Develop and maintain a proper filing system
- Responsible for the setup and updating work of talent pool, ensuring biodatas are updated and captured accordingly in the system
- Assist the team to organize and schedule interview appointment
- Convert CVs to company format and update to system
**Requirements**:
- Open for undergraduates & fresh graduates
- **Literate in English & Chinese is an advantage**:
- Have background in Japanese/Chinese/Korean literature is an advantage
- Experienced in recruitment is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and capable to work with hire volume
- Able to multi-task
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces
- Available for 3 months internship
