**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact actively with guest and team members.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities to handle gest complaints and resolve issues promptly
3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
5. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in handling guest information, payments, and reservations.
6. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel reservation systems and other related software.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Strong customer service orientation to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
9. Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options to assist guests effectively.
10. Professional appearance and demeanor, including a neat and well-groomed appearance.
**Responbilities**:
1. Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional first impression.
2. Register guests and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
4. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, service, and Nuanu City attraction
5. Assist guest with luggage, transportation, and any other request or concern they may have.
6. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively ensuring guest satisfaction.
7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby, reception desk, luggage room, front desk pantry, and surrounding areas.
8. Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
9. Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
10. Manage and prioritize task, such as accepting and delivering messages, arranging and handling mail and package for the guest.
