**Job Description**:

- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders
- Develop and implement TA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Build strategy for maximizing our talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Devise and carry out targeted research strategies
- Assisting TA team to Lead employer branding initiatives for both Hangry Support and Operations
- Maintain and further develop a positive employer brand image via all current channels, be it online, social, print media, events, etc;
- Knowing and Understanding Employee's trend.
- Led and manage a recruitment team

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience as Talent Acquisition Lead - minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University
- Having experience in Startup Company
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Having experience handling employer branding
