- Document models of the processes using visual diagrams, charts, and tables.

**Process Design**:

- Design and implement new business processes and models.
- Facilitate neutral teams to accommodate new business process designs.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with various teams to develop and implement new strategies and technologies.
- Conduct interviews and gather requirements to ensure all teams are aligned on the proposed changes.

**Performance Assessment**:

- Conduct process audits and performance assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the new processes.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure best practices are followed.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in process design and implementation.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficient in using process modeling software.
- Familiar with prototyping tools such as Figma, etc.
- Able to design ERD
- Able to understand Program Logic
- Able to do process modeling using Flowchart or UML.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field with a minimum of 3.00 GPA
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.
- Have 2 years or more experience in related field
- Indonesian Citizen
- Able to Speak in English

Additional Information:

- WFO, Site location: Sunter, North Jakarta
- Up to 1 year contract with 3 months review in advance
- Salary up to IDR 10,000,000 (gross)
- Laptop not provided
