- Open for local Indonesian nationality only (all positions)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar positions within 5 stars hotel or luxury boutique resort environment
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
- Familiar and able to operate VHP
- Have experience worked with Expatriate will be preferred
- Positive attitude and good communication skills with excellent grooming standards (all positions)
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service (all positions)
- Able to work as a team player and high motivation (all positions)
- Able to work under pressure (all positions)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (all positions)
- Able to start immediately (all positions)
