**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage customer credit policies based on the company's overall product goals
- Responsible for the monitoring of business data indicators, timely detection and review of business anomalies and promoting strategies or implementation improvements
- Responsible for implementing credit risk policies, tracking and analyzing policy impacts
- Monitor the implementation of various credit policies and risk status
- Carry out policy optimization on a regular basis
- To publish and respond questions related to credit policy, ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of credit policy

Bachelor degree in economics, finance or statistics 3+ years experiences in credit policy formulation related to financial-related industries Familiarity with credit policy formulation is preferred Experience handling Internet financial policy is preferred Proficient in financial credit business, basic knowledge of risk management and bank credit management Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and VBA tools
