Project Associate will be the go-to and can-do person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. The role also involves developing best practices in planning and executing an ambitious strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Recommend and implement simplified and streamlined processes to increase agility and improve efficiency of operational process and ensure the operational metrics are met
- Ensure the alignment process for each project being implemented within the whole organization (e.g Human Resource, Marketing, Product Team, etc) to identify the interdependencies before and during execution and post-implementation assessment
- Manage, accountable and drive strategic projects to ensure the achievement of clients objectives (within the agreed timeline, scope, cost & quality) through effective planning, scheduling, coordinating, facilitating, risk managing and reporting
- Identify and solve potential risks/issues that could affect project progression and outputs
- Conduct analysis to identify key learnings and initiate action plans to drive improvements
- Monitoring due to the budget, timeline, and administrative functions scope for each project
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques while maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Prepare regular reports & insights on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements in order to improve the performance
- Manage manpower ratio across functions in Iklan Pintar operations
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, industrial engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of management experience. (Exp. on Project Handling field will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good understanding of operational framework management process
- Knowledge in Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel, good data analysis, critical thinking, evaluation, reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment.
- Fit to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short-long term deadlines
- Comfortable with administrative jobs, meticulous and possess great attention to details
