ULTI is located in Tangerang and is dedicated to providing the ULTImate Lifting Solution.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager Forklift at ULTI. The Sales Manager Forklift will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating new leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. The Sales Manager Forklift will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
**Qualifications**
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of forklifts and lifting equipment
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the Heavy Equipment industry is a plus
**Education**:
- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
