Calon programmer / software engineer yang terpilih berdasar CV selanjutnya akan mengikuti test dalam tahapan - tahapan sebagai berikut:
**Tahap 1**: Live coding test, dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu/minggu sesuai batch jadwal tertera. Pastikan pelamar menyiapkan laptop/pc dan koneksi internet yang baik untuk video-conferece call. Test dalam bentuk implementasi aplikasi menggunakan REST-API.

**Tahap 2**: Interview

Setelah lulus tahap live-coding dan interview, calon pegawai akan menjalani:
On Job Training selama 1 minggu sebagai perkenalan kantor dan tugas

Kontrak ikatan dinas untuk bekerja 18 - 24 bulan (sesuai posisi) yang dibagi

**2 bulan pertama**: group project, untuk melatih dan membiasakan pola kerja, dilakukan para pegawai baru dengan mentor dari senior dev Akhdani

**Penempatan**:
Kantor Pusat Akhdani - Bandung

WFH khusus untuk wilayah Kota Bandung dan sekitarnya

Bertempat tinggal di Bandung dan sekitarnya, atau bersedia pindah ke Bandung

**Diutamakan**: Menguasai salah satu framework / bahasa pemograman : Java (Spring, Micronaut, Play), PHP (Laravel, Yii2, atau CI4)

**Diutamakan**: Menguasai pembuatan dan penggunaan REST-API Web Service

**Diutamakan**: memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik (presentasi, menyampaikan ide / pendapat) ke rekan kerja, supervisor, counterpart klien.

Pendidikan mínimal D3/S1 dari Jurusan Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, dan sejenis

Mampu bekerja dalam team maupun individu

Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota

Bersedia mengikuti tes masuk dan wawancara
