**Jobdesc**:

- Carry out administrative work (receiving, storing, and releasing) related to the flow of goods from spare parts (in CMMS INFOR EAM) and other materials (consumable items) used by the Engineering department.
- Implement Engineering warehouse management in terms of cleanliness, tidiness, and ease of finding back spare parts and other materials (consumable items).
- Supervise and manage the use of existing work equipment and / or owned by the Engineering department.
- Check the availability of critical parts.
- Together with the Spare Parts & Store Foreman, make monthly reports regarding spare parts and other materials (consumable items), the amount of use (consumption rate) of the parts being issued, the parts that touch the reorder level, as well as a summary of the results of physical inventory.
- Record the needs of spare parts, other materials (consumable items) or work equipment and report them to the Spare Parts & Store Foreman.
- Perform periodic checks (cycle count) of the accuracy of the number of spare parts recorded (physical inventory).
- Optimizing the Engineering warehouse management in relation to the reorder level. Reviews are conducted at least once a year based on existing data or input from the Plant Engineering Supervisor and / or Head of Engineering.
- Inspect spare parts or other materials (consumable items) and inform the Spare Part & Store Foreman if there is a deviation in quantity and / on specifications.
- Save and update the amount of stock in the warehouse after the repair parts are verified by the Utility / Equipment team, Responsible for the smooth flow of goods from all spare parts and other materials (consumable items) to avoid delays or obstruction of work due to unavailability of spare parts and other materials (consumable items)
- Participate in activities related to Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE) and Operation Excellence. by providing input or ideas on all matters that support the continuity of the production process, improvement, efficiency and savings
