Key Responsibilities

Supervise and control daily output in warehouse to ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation
Overseeing the operation and escalating any issues found.
Supervise and review the warehouse LSP performance (KPI)
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory management
Coordinate with other internal parties related to company or project requirements and implementation or execution of issue resolution
Investigate cases/issues, from identifying rot causes to developing recommendations for solutions

**Key Requirements**:
Proficient in English (oral and written communication skills
Excel in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Highly motivated, energized, and can work under pressure
Great team orientation, excellent problem-solving skills & leadership qualities
Ability to work with all levels of company staff
Willing to take on business trip to other region
Preferred proficient in Chinese and proficiency with Supply Chain Management for warehouse management
