- Acquire and incubate brands and factories to serve PGC creator needs
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, source merchandise, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign and seasonality
- Study PGC creators EC performance, discover new collaborative opportunities and fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above
- 2 to 5 years of experience in E-commerce
- Direct experience in Electronics/Home/Beauty/Mom&baby/Digital/Food/Auto categories are preferred
- Strong connections with brands, big sellers and industry hubs are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skills
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
