Senior Therapists

RESPONSIBILITIES

Use waxing and electrolysis to remove facial and body hair and able to provide manicures and pedicures services

Conduct skin analysis (face and body)

Manage appointments, sell and promote available services of Pink Parlour based on the expected daily sales activities input through calling clients either for new sales or upselling purposes, follow ups on booking services ensuring three (3) booked clients or more a day to achieve sales target

Ensure that follow ups on previous day customers are done on a timely manner. Further, asking clients to make a high review with the services on our FB page

Ensure you learn and execute all treatments requested of you by management by participating in ongoing training within or outside the parlor.

Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival and look after welfare of guests

Update client records with contact details and treatments received

Initiate CRM programs to ensure client loyalty by ensuring the standards of service and facilities are met at all times.

To answer customer complaints and improve service or treatment standards.

Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments, when appropriate

Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use

Others as may be assigned by the Management

Helping to mentor junior beauty therapists and train new starters

Providing professional beauty treatments

Promoting services and package

Liaise and support the Branch Manager

Attend relevant training courses

Make sure that the treatment rooms and salon are clean, safe, and hygienic

Oversee the booking of treatments and ensure the staff rota is up to date

Keep track of stocked products and inform the Salon Manager when stock needs replenishing

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proven work experience as Therapist or similar role or willing to be trained as Therapist.

Hands-on experience with massages, hair removal techniques and face therapies, eyelash extension

Ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Up-to-date with cosmetic trends and beauty treatments

High school diploma or Degree in Beauty therapy, Reflexology or relevant field is a plus

Excellent communicator and ability to build a rapport with clients
