**Your main duties in flying with us**:

- Manages the business’s external data and analytics partners and plays a leading role in the development and design of the departmental vision, capabilities, infrastructure, and quarterly/annual roadmap for the launch of machine learning engineer capabilities.
- Within the machine learning engineer team, to collaborate in delivering AI projects.
- Plays a mentorship role to key machine learning engineer positions, guiding them through the execution of their duties, and encouraging their professional growth.
- As part of the organization, to collaborate with engineers from different teams to build successful integration for AI projects implementation.
- Liaising with team members, management, and tech team to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Motivating team members and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:

- Min 10 years of experience manipulating large data sets, building and deploying AI/MLmodels and being able to monitor and maintain the scalability of the models.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (master degree or PhD are preferred)
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in programming, preferably using Python/Java
- Proficient in ML frameworks and libraries (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch)
- Solid understanding of basic Machine Learning concept (e.g. supervised, unsupervised)
- Experience in data visualization using: Tableau, Google Data Studio, D3, etc is a plus
