**Department**:Safety, Health, & Environment (SHE)

As the Senior Analyst, Safety, Health, & Environment (SHE), you will ensure Safety and Health programs are estabilished, communicated to other related parties and effectively implemented in Pulogadung plant, to comply with Government Regulation/International and SCJ Global SHE standards/ guidelines.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review any SCJ Global Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards/guidelines and Government applicable International standards related with Safely and Health in order to define the right procedures/instructions for implementataion in Pulogadung Plant
- Provide necessary guidance and directions to other related parties to ensure an effective implementation of Safety and health program, ensure all documented procedures/instructions/forms for Safety and Health are up to date according to latest guidelines/standards/regulations and properly distributed as document control regulation based on company’s standards
- Ensure all inspections & testings programs related to Safety and Health are regularly executed as required by the procedures
- Ensure SHE report related to Safety and Health are properly prepared on regular basis as required
- Ensure all activity in SHE Department run effectively in accordance with the budget cost, applicable document and implement the system such as: ISO, SHE, 5S, Halal, and CPPKRTB
- Ensure Effective communication about SHE aspect among the employee to develop SHE awareness and behavior
- Keep good coordination with other departments to ensure SHE programs are in place and all departments have SHE commitments
- Lead, train and motivate direct reports to improve their performances

**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety OR Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient with Indonesia’s safety regulation
- Background of chemical or manufacturing industry
