The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Responsible for managing the third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships including the onboarding process and on-going account management.
- Daily meeting (Hypercare) with vendors to monitor travel via Air and Sea.
- Monthly meeting with vendor Air and Sea to review performance vendor.
- Coordinating with vendor management, control tower, and middle mile operation from all regions.
- Recap data for creating delivery performance vendor daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Reconciliation, create collection memo, and reminder for collection, until payment of all 4PL and Line Haul Vendor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Industry Engineering / Logistic or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Express / Logistics company in Business Intelligence / Performance Management / Control Tower Admin / Vendor Management.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc). SQL, Python, Visual Basic, Power BI is a plus.
- Good data analytical skills and problem-solving.
- Understand end-to-end operation transport delivery.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Utara
