Project Manager Officer

Overview:
- Manage overall project, including master timeline, internal communication in support of project goal
- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
- Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
- Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
- Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage overall program timeline, including interdependencies, resource requirements, bottlenecks, risks and dependencies
- Elevate and resolve risks and challenges in partnership with VP and steering committee
- Own internal communications, including consolidate key information for presentations, funding requests (in partnership with Finance), strategy communications, etc.
- Identifying risk and key challenges and partner with related stakeholders for mitigation plan to ensure that the project will be completed per timeline and within budget
- Identifying program challenges and ad-hoc communication requests
- Support Change Plan by developing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
- Support Change Management Lead in conducting Change impact analysis and develop change actions to overcome.
- Work with Guiding Team & Sponsors to overcome barriers / obstacles
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Cross-functional perspective
- Comfortable with senior management presentations
- Strong collaboration skills
