Functional Duties
- Planning, Developing, Organizing and Controlling subordinates throughout the year. In order to continuously improve team capabilities and performance
- Developing communication platform that will serve the entire Ramp Staff for 24/7operations. In order to keep everyone on the same level understating on overall operations and provide real time update on operations event.
- Leading and ensuring safety procedure in overall Ramp Operations.
- Leading and executing operations strategy. In order to optimizing the productivity and low cost operations.
- Developing and promoting cost saving initiatives by practicing continues improvement mindset.
- Managing communication and coordination with relevant local and government authorities.
- Ensuring the practice of Service excellence throughout Ramp Staff. In order to provide the highest level of treatment to the passenger.
- Preparing and managing budget for the Ramp department. In order to have the most cost efficient Ramp Operations.
- Ensuring that all manuals used in Ramp are developed, maintained, amended and distributed in at timely manner, strictly adhering to applicable standard of regulatory.
- Ensuring effective and safety of the transit activities. In order to provide excellent quality service.
- Ensuring all Ramp equipment’s are proper. In order to meet the safety requirement

Merits

Minimum working experience:

- At least ten (5) years of working experience with the same capacity

**Education**:

- Possess a recognized Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
