KodeKiddo is a fun-focused and interactive coding (computer programming) school for kids. We offer children yearlong afterschool enrichment coding and STEM (science, technology, engineering, & maths) courses and holiday programs using the technologies and methodologies specifically developed for kids in the USA.

The classes are for children from Kinder - High School (TK - SMA) centers in various locations in Jabotabek, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Medan, Bali.

We are looking for employees / interns (full time) to join our team as branch managers for children courses at KodeKiddo.

**Requirements**:

- Male or female with maximum 30 years old
- Current college students or fresh graduates in IT / accounting / marketing / management related disciplines.
- Skills & knowledge in marketing, especially digital marketing is a plus
- Experience in teaching or children tutoring is preferable
- Experience in office management is preferable.
- Detail & improvement oriented
- A proven good communication skills for parents, students & customers
- A proven communication (verbal and written) in English
- A proven leadership player & hungry to make an impact
- Proven ability to manage complex situations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Responsible, discipline, dedicated, highly motivated & enthusiastic

- Placement available at Dukuh Pakis, Surabaya in WFO full scheme

**Responsibilities**:

- Directing & monitoring day to day communication with parents & operations of the branch including data entry, registration, schedules & payment process.
- Managing & coordinating class schedule & team assignment.
- Analyse office activity and employee performance, identifying trends, and making appropriate recommendations or adjustments to current work methods and systems
- Responsible for the customer lifecycle for the specific, starting from follow up leads to customer care & solution.
- Assist in various KodeKiddo projects such as accounting, social media digital marketing, website content management, school marketing or partnership.
- Support external events about coding education.
- Provide an accurate monthly reports such revenues, new students data & other administrative reports
