**Requirement**:
+ Having more than 5 years Sales experience in the medical field, particularly in health clinics and hospitals, with a strong background in healthcare services, a customer database for MCU, and a high results-oriented focus
+ Having a strong network related to government projects, including LKPP, E-Katalog, as well as other governmental institutions. Also expertise and connections in various sectors such as MCH manufacturing, maritime, mining, oil and gas, outsourcing, and overseas labor (TKI).
+ Manage the sales team to achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies while analyzing market data and controlling sales activities
+ Build the sales team, present regular reports, evaluate sales performance, and oversee marketing expenses to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
+ Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, high sales driven, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
+ Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Economy or other related fields
