Conducting industry & product research

Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience

Deliver MRD and PRD with prioritize features and its justification

Working closely with engineering and marketing to deliver new features or enhancements for AI Product

Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines

Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products

Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching

Participate analyze current product performance and decide what can be improved in system configuration

Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, operational process and prototypes

Work closely with related stakeholders like engineering, solution architects, marketing, managerial, and external partners to build product and implement new features

**Specific to this role**:
At least 2-3 years of experience at top tier tech firm, engineering firms with strong track record in building and growing a product (working experience as Associate Product Manager)

Background in Computer science or engineering is an advantage

Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies

Have a good sense on how a product works and be able to estimate the development phase.

Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.

Strong time management skills

Familiar with agile product management methodology

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and market analysis, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential solutions

Partner with cross functional business teams, including engineering, data science, product marketing, sales, to understand product and the needs from business and consumer perspectives
