**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Staffing**:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
**Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
**Performance Management**:
- Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance to managers on conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
- Address performance issues and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Foster a culture of feedback and recognition.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits packages.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
**Employee Relations**:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address concerns.
- Promote a positive working environment and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Health and Safety**:
- Collaborate with the health and safety team to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement safety training programs and initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and report any issues.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among employees
Qualifications:
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience with HR software and tools.

**Working Conditions**:
- Based in a manufacturing facility with regular office hours but it may require flexibility for shift changes and urgent issues.
- Occasional travel to different plant locations or recruitment events may be necessary.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
