Job Description:

- Identify training needs by evaluating skills gap among the collection agents
- Responsible for evaluating our needs related to Collection members performance and achievement
- Delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as modules and guides
- Deliver training implementation for collection to ensure collection training needs are delivered and fulfilled
- Maintain a good teamwork atmosphere between members at every cycle
- Motivating members to reach the goals and be better version of themself
- Willing to work at Yogyakarta

Requirement:

- Experienced as a trainer minimum 1 year, preferably in financial company especially for collection or Outsourcing Company
- Have a good knowledge about collection
- Experienced in modul training writing Dynamic and have good communication skill
- Passionate, enthusiastic, good at speech, and always be positive
- Ability to analyze skills gap among the collection agents
- Experience in designing multiple training events
- Can join ASAP

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Trainer: 1 year (preferred)
