We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest-growing Fashion Rental and Reselling startup with offices in Singapore, Jakarta and now Hong Kong. Our core product is Fashion Rental Subscription using a "Netflix-for-Fashion" model, the first and only of its kind in the region. Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.

**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Support to join our team to run the Operations and Logistics of our fashion rental and reselling services in Indonesia.

In this role, you will work on responsibility for daily activities in our warehouse and in our logistics to support our customers orders in Indonesia. You will also work closely with our dry cleaning and logistics partner to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Lead our inbound and outbound process operations in the warehouse.
- Manage and maintain our inventory at a healthy level.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for last mile deliveries to all our customers.
- Generate the necessary reports to internal and external stakeholders on a daily/ weekly/monthly basis.
- Work with the CX team for any issues encountered.
- Support and work closely with the business team to support new initiatives as the PIC from operations.
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Checking monthly invoice from vendor ( such as laundry and logistic vendor )
- Monitoring daily ops process ( shipment, inbound and outbound process )
- Arranging product listing for IG live
- Work together with merchandising team to make a strategy for reselling activity
- Forecast monthly overtime budget and meal allowance for warehouse assistant to submit to HR
- Follow up product problem with related division

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates and final year students are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Proficiency in online office collaboration tools (Microsoft excel, google sheets and others)
- Willing to work in-site in Jakarta
- Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge in project management and operational excellence
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
- A desire to work in a faced paced environment
- High capable to work independently as well as a part of team and possess a good teamwork attitude
- Have a good communication skill
