- To be expert in process to support manufacturing operations
- Qualify and validate process changes and lead root cause analysis to improve the overall performance in order to deliver Key performance Indicators
- Qualify and validate new materials and makes process changes driven by other departments (legal, regulatory, cost saving opportunity and/or supply reliability)
- Assist in project planning, budgeting and scheduling process working team, including CAPEX and other improvements
- Work with production and engineering team to improve production team capabilities by providing technical training
- Define standardization of procedure to ensure consistency in process delivery for production
- Initiate idea generation for productivity and performance improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum of 3 years in the food manufacturing industry, with experience in the snack industry highly preferred
- Strong technical or engineering background with good analytical thinking
- Has strong ability to work independently and seek continuous areas of improvement
- Experienced in complex business process analysis and mapping using various diagrams such as Use Cases, Flowcharts, Sequence Diagrams, etc.
- Excellent in English
- Strong ability in problem solving and analysis
