Respond to customer live chat with compassion.

Handle concurrent chat requests without sacrificing quality.

Proactively engage with prospective visitors on the websites and offer quick support.

Quickly identify the pain points and drill down to the source of an issue.

Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back

**ELIGIBILITY**:
Minimum of 12 months of live chat experience

Excellent English communication skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

You will be pleased to know that you can attend your complete interview rounds online, from the comfort of your HOME

Only 3 rounds of interview - HR, written test and Operations.
