**Requirements**:
1. Graduate from Specialist Program (for Specialist) Dental Medicine Major/ Orthodontist/ Periodontist/ Endodontist/ Prosthodontist/ Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
2. GPA 3.50/4.00
3. Has an active dentist registration certificate (STR)
4. Registered as a member of PDGI Surabaya Area
5. Willing to Register SIP
6. Fast learner and have interest in dental technology
7. Able to work in a team, capable and have a leadership spirit
8. Open minded and can adapt to new work environment
9. Flexible and willing to be located at any of the company's designated work locations.
10. Fluent in English (written & spoken) is preferred
11. Preferably having work experience in dentistry practice at least 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Full time dental practitioner
- Create comprehensive treatment plan for patients
- Treat patients with high technology, proper treatment and good attitude
