**The Role**

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for crafting persuasive e-commerce product content that not only informs but also inspires action.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Analyzing big campaign merchandising performance
- Plan and execute Merchandising strategy to enhance client's shop management performance
- Translating client's message and brief into merchandising plan
- Implementing creative request from the client (end to end from requesting, quality checking and getting approval from the brand)
- Build strong relationships with the client and platform
- Ensure all account / store KPIs are met

**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or any related fields
- Ability to think outside the box and create compelling ideas to enhance client's shop management performance
- Good understanding of merchandising success metrics
- Good understandig of e-Commerce environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Have experience in e-commerce is preferrable
