Menganalisa performance operation cabang dari data visit, assessment cabang yang diperoleh untuk menyusun report komprehensif kepada pic - pic terkait secara reguler

Monitoring serta evaluasi secara cross section melalui pengolahan data, baik itu dari jurnal atau sumber eksternal lainnya

Melakukan analysis & evaluasi terhadap proses kerja operational baik dari internal maupun eksternal

Mengintepretasikan data (reporting/disseminating) menjadi rekomendasi solusi perbaikan utk meningkatkan kualitas proses kerja di operational

Berkomunikasi dengan pihak terkait untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan akurat utk kebutuhan analisa & menyampaikan rekomendasi ke pihak terkait (baik internal maupun eksternal operation)

Membantu project manager dalam merancang desain aplikasi yang efektif dan efisien

Memastikan ketersediaan laporan sesuai dengan timeline yang sudah ditentukan
Minimal pendidikan S1, Jurusan Statistika atau Sistem Informasi

Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun pada posisi yang sama

Menguasai dengan ahli penggunaan Ms. Office, terutama penggunaan Ms. Excel pada pengolahan data seperti VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Sum, IF dan function excel lainnya

Menguasai dengan ahli penggunaan tools statistik seperti SQL, R, Phyton dan tools statistik lainnya

Memiliki kemampuan analisa data yang baik dan membaca data yang baik

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mudah untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan baru
