- Bachelor’s degree
- Flexible to work in different Southeast Asian time zones.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

- Strong desire to contribute to building a world class operations team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Experience using Ad Serving/Publisher/Campaign Monitoring platforms
PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk or other ticketing system experience.

**Job Descs**:

- Maintain the highest accuracy and standards around campaign setup, reporting and customer service.
- Traffic campaigns and advertise proprietary systems.
- Complete campaign audits using checklists to ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign.
- Provide campaign screenshots.
- Generate Weekly and End of Campaign reports.
- Respond to daily tickets and tasks in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
- Participates in projects to improve processes and product capabilities, and that contributes to the team’s goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the advertise Operations Team.
