- Work with the local product, regional operations team, and relevant stakeholders to evaluate, analyse, and improve the quality of search & recommendation.
- Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features.
- Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback.
- Provide insights on local market’s contexts, competitors, trends, and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution
- Communicate clearly verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work under pressure with multiple parties involved.
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment, bias towards actions, get things done reliably.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheet.
