Mengatur, mengontrol dan melakukan pelaksanaan rekrutmen & seleksi calon karyawan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.
**URAIAN TUGAS/ TANGGUNG JAWAB**:
Menyusun dan menjalankan aktivitas employer branding melalui berbagai media dengan tujuan meningkatkan awareness talent eksternal terhadap perusahaan agar tertarik untuk melamar ke perusahaan.
Melakukan proses pencarian calon karyawan (rekrutmen) dari berbagai sumber rekrutmen untuk mendapatkan kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi yang sudah ditetapkan
Melakukan proses seleksi calon karyawan baik internal maupun eksternal untuk menyaring kandidat yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang sudah ditetapkan.
