**RECEPTIONIST**
As Receptionist, you will greet and welcome patients and other visitors to the clinic. Process patients’ files, and explain the clinic’s policies to them.
**Job Description Receptionist**
- Book and confirm patients’ appointments as per the clinic’s guidelines and standards
- Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for the patients
- Perform administrative work
- Ensure that the clinic is opened at the appropriate time and supervise the cleaning of the clinic to create a clean, positive, and healthy environment
**Job Qualification Receptionist**
- Have a minimum of 2 years experiences as Receptionist (in aesthetic clinic, will be an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients to understand their goals and concerns
- Able to communicate in English, is a must
- Placement is for the clinic in Pererenan, Bali

- SMA/SMU/SMK (required)
