Purchasing Executive

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Jotun is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and seeking an accountable and dynamic professional to strengthen Supply Chain department as Purchasing Executive.

Responsibilities:
- Plan the requirement for designated indirect materials by sourcing, selecting and approving suppliers based on close dialogue with relevant user departments (including supplier audits when relevant).- Ensure the best possible agreements for designated indirect materials categories by following the Tactical Purchasing Process and utilizing relevant contract formats.- Maintain accurate documentations according to company guidelines.- Implement the Category Management Concept for selected indirect materials categories.- Report on agreed KPIs to Purchasing Manager.

What We Look For:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably which handling marketing and manufacturing procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficient with procurement best practices and knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
