Introduction to Specific BU/Country

User Operation leads the growth initiatives for Lazada e-commerce platform base on the eco-system and operations matrix. Regarding to user profile and data insight, design the user lifecycle and segmentations, building the operations/engagement strategy gather with category and commercial teams to create an scalable and sustainable marketplace at Singapore. We are seeking a talented professional who thrive at the intersection of data, product, engineering and marketing

**Job Description**:
**Channel operation**: specialized in media planning(specializing in Facebook minor in Google), ad campaign operation and optimization, performance report including internal presentation, striving to maximize seller’s ROI while maintaining good relationships with sellers.

**Client facing**: solve sellers’ end-to-end media inquiries and hopefully to upscale sellers’ investments.

**Project management**: attentive in processing and interpreting data and provide insightful product development revamp requests. Timely project management with thorough business and data understanding.

Cross team collaboration for Go-to-market strategy setup & execution: set cross-departmental channel operation strategy/workflows for existing and new marketing solutions targeting at different seller types. Mindful of and carefully manage internal and external stakeholders from various interest backgrounds.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or other related business fields.

Enthusiastic of online shopping or app usage is a must; hungry for self-development is a must. Knowledge and familiarity in E-commerce industries or online marketing is a plus.

Excellent skills in Excel is a must, Data analysis skills with strong business acumen. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners.

Excellent English is a must, mandarin is a plus
