We are looking for a Collection Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This role must take ownership and accountability of day to day collection operations including but not limited to resource allocation, implementing collection strategies, supervision and training of staffs/agents, coordinating with collection agencies, service providers etc. You will be leading a warm, friendly, passionate, diverse, and inclusive team.

**Your mission**:Effectively manage the Collection Function of Consumer Lending vertical.

**Here’s how you’ll be contributing to Our Team**
- Develop end-to-end collection and recovery process for consumer loan products.
- Manage daily operations of the team including supervision and development of collections staff.
- Identify areas of improvement and enhance reporting systems, such as daily / monthly loss and delinquency reports, staff productivity reports etc.
- Manage external collections agency, drive collections agency to collect from delinquent / written-off accounts.
- Responsible for all collections related activities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance & adherence of company policies & procedures.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry best practice and technology to enhance recovery efficiency.
