**Job Description**:

- Work with related department to procure the needed service for supply chain activities
- Handling procurement activities, vendor management, system administration and process compliance on vendor onboarding process
- Ensuring vendor Performances, Rates are evaluated and maintained.
- Perform wide range of administrative and general clerical tasks for quality and process department.
- Develop and maintain computer and manual documents filling systems, preparing reports.

Knowledge and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
- Knowledge of Procurement Process, Approved Supplier List, and Supplier Identification
- Hands-on experience in tendering, contract preparation and supply chain management
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English language
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Highly organize and planning skills with the ability to multi task
