We’re looking for a dynamic and driven **Digital Sales Manager** to join our team and lead initiatives that nurture lifelong learners across Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies to drive student enrollment and revenue growth. **What You’ll Do**
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
- Monitor and manage the digital sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and leads.
- Work with the CRM team to track and analyze lead data for better targeting and decision-making.
- Analyze digital sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and campaign ROI for management review.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital sales specialists, setting clear goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with academic, product, and operational teams to align sales strategies with educational offerings.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in the education industry.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with digital education platforms and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Innovative thinker who stays updated on digital trends in education.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
