Our client is looking for **Sales Lead Machine**, to be based in several cities **across Indonesia.**
**Objective of the role**:
Monitoring and evaluating sales target achievement, set up sales target for the following year based on sales force opportunity and marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of sales target base on value and GP.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for monitoring Salesman activity, and sales coaching.
- Gather data from database (e.g. sales funnel), market, business info to identify key opportunity area
- Accountable & responsible for analyzing sales data and market situation (macro economy, competitor, demand, price, etc.), monitor and evaluate sales strategy implementation, conduct any strategy adjustments necessary according to market analysis, and set up sales initiatives covering business opportunities development, expansion and sales coverage to provide reliable sales strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related background
- Having more than 5 years experience in B2B Sales (Preferred in Mining, Industrial, or similar industry)
- Thorough understanding of and experience in Machineries and Equipment Sales
- Good communication, and relationship with a new customer or existing customer and also good negotiation skill
