**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in **ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions.**:

- Prior experience working in B2B sales and engaging with mid-to-large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Strong ability to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
