Job Description
The Role:
- As Project/System Engineer you will be responsible for the full technical implementation of the projects assigned to you from preliminary design through the completion of commissioning and customer acceptance. You will support the Project Manager / Project Leader to cover all aspects of the technical implementation including design engineering, supervise hardware installation, system integration, programming, Factory Acceptance Test, site services, etc.
Qualifications / Experience:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Physics / Control or Computer Engineering, or comparable technical degree, plus at least 5 years’ experience in oil & gas process automation industry.- Familiarity with Industrial Networks (ie. TCP/IP, ControlNet®, DH+, Modbus, etc.)- Good knowledge in industrial standard (DNV, IECEx, ISA, IEC61508, IES61511)- Safety instrumentation certified by TUV, Exida, or ISA is preferred.- Having a T-BOSIET certification is good to have.- Fluent in English: reading, writing and speaking.- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.- Ability to work well within groups or with mínimal supervision to meet department goals.- Must be willing and able to comply with customer safety & health requirements including submitting to and passing drug tests, medical check-up, safety training, etc.- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.- Knowledge in project execution and business operation would be advantage.
**Responsibilities**:- Providing technical supports for Project Manager / Country Leader to achieve business goals through project execution or business pursue.
