**Job Overview**

As an Intern of Imaging Geophysicist in the GEO EH Imaging team, you will be assigned to a processing project and will be responsible for building 3D subsurface images from reflection seismic soundings, using Mathematical and Physics knowledge such as Mathematical Inversion Algorithm, Wave Equation, Signal Processing, Physics Modelling etc.

You will also be working closely with the Imaging Project Leader to ensure the imaging step/project is performed on time as per production schedule.

- May provide suggestions to improve existing software, develop new technology or workflow, and improve the products and services offered
- Responsible for a processing step in an imaging project. May need guidance to solve geophysical problem
- Responsible for the quality control (QC) of products and the reporting of problems to Team/Project Leaders
- Responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring processing job decks

**Key Skills & Experience**

**Qualifications**
- BSc, MSc or PhD in Geosciences, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other analytical discipline
- Have at least 0-2 years of experience in related field

**Desired Job Skillsets**
- Entry to Intermediate level professional contributor on a project or specialty work team
- Ability to plan and organize work tasks for efficiency
