Develop onboarding programs for new employees.

Prepare learning materials for programs.

Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.

Research new teaching methods.
Bachelor's Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is often a minimum requirement.

Some trainers may hold degrees in engineering, economics, or a relevant discipline.

Have experience internal training sessions for a company, working as a consultant, or teaching in an academic setting.

Familiarity with supply chain management software, and other relevant technologies is beneficial.

Trainers should have hands-on experience dealing with various aspects of the supply chain.

Understanding about tracebility and how to do that tracebility platform. take a note: explaining why we should completing data on tracebility

Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying complex supply chain concepts to diverse audiences.

Certifications in supply chain and trainer certification wiil be plus.

Will be held 6-9 class meet per months.
