- Create and manage the operational schedule for hydrotesting and precommissioning operations in coordination with other function engineers.
- Perform calculations and verifications to select the appropriate materials, consumables, and equipment for hydrotesting and precommissioning.
- Design and oversee the fabrication of temporary items required for hydrotesting and precommissioning operations.
- Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from hydrotesting and precommissioning subcontractors, issuing relevant technical bid evaluations (TBEs) to the procurement department for final selection.
- Supervise the hydrotesting and precommissioning subcontractor during both the engineering and execution phases of the project.
- Monitor hydrotesting and precommissioning activities on-site for both onshore and offshore pipeline projects.
- Has knowledge of offshore and onshore pipeline pre commissioning work
- Has knowledge of pipeline dewatering and N2 Packing
- Has experience for working at brownfield
- Has good knowledge on the pipeline pre commissioning equipment
- Relevant experience in hydrotesting and precommissioning or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation and operational scheduling.
- Proficient in performing material, consumable, and equipment calculations and verifications.
- Experience in designing temporary items and overseeing fabrication processes.
- Ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals and manage procurement processes.
- Skilled in attending meetings and discussing technical aspects with clients and internal teams.
- Capable of supervising subcontractors and following up on-site activities.
- Willingness to work in both onshore and offshore environments
