**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES & ATTRIBUTES**
- **Preferably Female Teacher**:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Music preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian
- Accomplished piano player
- Demonstrated ability to teach students
- Demonstrated excellent sight-reading skills including choral scores
- Demonstrated ability to transpose music
- Demonstrated ability to organize time effectively with mínimal direction
- Measurable history of responsibility while working unsupervised for extensive periods when required
- Measurable history of organizational skills, sense of priorities, and time management
- Demonstrated desire to take initiative in the work setting
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others
- Demonstrated experience and comfort level with children, especially in instructional settings
- Helps maintain a positive and friendly working atmosphere with other assistants and the Music teachers
- A clear commitment to Child Safeguarding, safety, service learning, and environmental stewardship
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in teaching group classes.
- Teach theory music class
- Create recordings of piano music parts for instructional use.
- Organize and maintain the piano repertoires.
- Offer administrative support to other music teachers and for events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment with colleagues and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Embraces Canzona Learning Dispositions of Being Friendly, Gentle, Resilience, Resourcefulness, relating well with others, and Reflecting
- Performs other related duties and assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Music Teacher and Principal, including but not limited to participation in class/School activities, recital, concerts, exams or events, attendance of seminar organized by Canzona
