**Opportunity**

As a full-time on-site Associate Creative Director located in Jakarta, you lead the creative vision for our marketing campaigns and brand identity. This role will oversee content creation, design, and storytelling across multiple channels, ensuring our brand stands out in the smart home industry.

You’ll work at the crossroads of creativity, technology and innovation. Partnering with our Marketing team, Product team and Sales team to build a robust creative process, you’ll leverage performance data to steer creative output and test new messaging and positioning hypotheses based on insights. As part of this, you’ll lead, mentor and motivate a talented team as it grows, including creative copywriters, graphic designers, and video editors, inspiring them to constantly push the boundaries of creative effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a **creative vision** that aligns with the brand’s goals and values.
- Lead the design, video, and content teams to produce compelling campaigns and assets.
- Ensure all creative outputs are **on-brand** and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize **campaign ideas** and product launches.
- Review and approve creative deliverables, providing feedback to elevate quality.
- Stay informed about design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies.
- Guide the team to create **innovative visuals, storytelling techniques, and engaging content formats.**:

- Manage creative timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time.

**Requirements**:

- More than 6 years of proven experience in creative roles (e.g., Senior Designer, Creative Director) either in agency or in-house teams.
- Excellent design craft and copywriting skills, and a portfolio that shows experience with Creative, particularly performance work
- Experience working with brand and performance campaigns for direct-to-consumer tech brands at scale, delivering high volume and large production efforts
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, and video editing.
- A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation
- You have proficient understanding of creative across channels, social platform best practices, and user acquisition KPIs
- You have excellent verbal and visual communication skills, allowing you to communicate complex information simply and clearly
- You’ve led creative teams and know what it takes to inspire and grow them
- You thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires the ability to problem solve, drive chaos to clarity, and maintain personal resilience
