**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Machine Learning Engineer** to join our team in Indonesia. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects that drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions for our clients. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that address complex business problems across different sectors. Your deep expertise in machine learning, combined with your ability to translate data insights into practical solutions, will help shape the future of digital transformation in the region.
- **Main responsibilities**:_
- Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify and frame ML problems.
- Lead end-to-end model development, from data preprocessing to model evaluation and deployment.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices to ensure model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and promoting a culture of learning and growth.
- Contribute to building and improving Tridorian’s AI/ML accelerators and capabilities, with a focus on high-quality, maintainable, and scalable systems.
- **Qualifications**_
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong experience with **Python** or similar programming languages, and a deep understanding of ML frameworks (such as **TensorFlow**, **PyTorch**, **Scikit-learn**).
- Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including AI/ML services like **Vertex AI**.
- Ability to work with large datasets and familiarity with data tools like **BigQuery**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with **MLOps** practices and experience with model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- A strong sense of curiosity, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for technology.
