- Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman dalam pengelolaan Gedung Mall
- Memiliki kemampuan dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint dll.)
- Dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan cepat, bertanggung jawab dan sesuai target waktu yang ditetapkan
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
- Memiliki spirit hospitality yang tinggi dan customer oriented
- Disiplin dan motivasi diri
